Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At Kidsura, we take utmost care in delivering high-quality kidswear that is thoughtfully designed for comfort, style, and durability. Each product goes through strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition.
To maintain hygiene standards and ensure fairness for all our customers, we follow a strict no return and no exchange policy, except in cases where the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges will be accepted only under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or the wrong product has been delivered.
- A complete unboxing video is shared with us, starting from the sealed package to the full product reveal, without any cuts, pauses, or edits.
- The issue is reported to us within 24 hours of delivery via email/WhatsApp.
Any request raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
2. Unboxing Video Requirement
A complete and clear unboxing video is mandatory for all return, exchange, or refund claims.
The video must clearly show:
- The sealed outer package before opening
- The condition of the packaging
- The complete product reveal
- The defect, damage, or incorrect product received
- Product tags, labels, and packaging
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Cases
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Size issues
- Change of mind
- Product no longer required
- Colour or design preference after delivery
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged, or worn
- Products without original tags, labels, or packaging
- Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery
- Claims without a complete unboxing video
Customers are requested to check the size chart and product details carefully before placing an order.
4. Return or Exchange Process
To raise a return or exchange request:
- Share the complete unboxing video along with your order details and issue description via email/WhatsApp.
- Our team will review the request and verify the issue.
- We will respond within 2–3 business days after receiving the required details.
- If the request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide further return instructions.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will initiate a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Approval of a return, exchange, or refund is subject to verification by the Kidsura team.
5. Condition of Returned Products
Approved products must be returned in their original condition.
The product must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Unworn
- Undamaged
- Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
If the returned product does not meet these conditions, Kidsura reserves the right to reject the claim.
6. Replacement Policy
If the claim is approved and the same product is available, we will provide a replacement.
If the same product is not available, we may offer:
- An alternative product of similar value, or
- A refund, as applicable
7. Refund Policy
Refunds will be applicable only for approved claims where a replacement cannot be provided or where the Kidsura team confirms refund eligibility.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Please note that the actual time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or payment gateway.
8. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by us.
9. Important Notes
- No return, exchange, or refund will be accepted without a complete unboxing video.
- No return or exchange will be accepted for size-related issues.
- Products must not be used, washed, altered, or damaged.
- All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Kidsura reserves the right to approve or reject any claim after verification.
- The final decision on all return, exchange, and refund requests will rest with Kidsura.
