3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Payments can be made through secure third-party payment gateways, including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and other available payment methods.
• Kidsura does not store or have access to your complete payment card details.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
• Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.
• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:
• Product unavailability
• Pricing or technical errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise specified.
• Delivery timelines vary depending on the delivery location, courier service availability, and external factors beyond our control.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
• While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, Kidsura shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

• Kidsura follows a strict No Return and No Exchange Policy, except in cases where a damaged, defective, or incorrect product has been delivered.
• Any such claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• A complete, uninterrupted unboxing video showing the sealed package and product reveal is mandatory for all claims.
• Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification and inspection.
